Good packaging and a small storage bag are also nice touches for accessories. Online shops that show detailed measurements and care instructions usually get my attention. If they ignore basic questions or reply with copy pasted text, I become suspicious.
If anyone is interested in real user experiences, I sometimes write short notes about the shops I test.

I try to balance my budget between basic everyday items and a few special pieces. Over the last months I noticed that some of my favorite items are not the most expensive ones. When I test a new shop I usually start with one or two items instead of a huge order. If you sit in front of a screen for many hours, these small features make a difference. Bad lenses can cause eye strain, reflections and headache when you wear them for hours.
Hope this helps someone.
