Shipping speed is not everything, but extremely slow delivery is very annoying. Whenever I find something that actually works well, I tend to reorder it later. People who share height and weight information make it easier to choose the right size.

If anyone is interested in real user experiences, I sometimes write short notes about the shops I test.

For things that I use every day, I prefer to pay a bit more if the quality is stable. If they reply politely and give detailed answers, I feel more relaxed. Smaller shops can be surprisingly friendly if they care about repeat customers. Sometimes a store looks great in ads but the real product is completely different. Over the last months I noticed that some of my favorite items are not the most expensive ones. Even big and famous brands sometimes send generic replies that are not very helpful. Personally I like a mix of design, comfort and realistic pricing.

Maybe this is useful for someone.
